東京・千葉のデータセンターIT機器保守サービスエンジニアリーダー

募集要項

ハードウェア保守サービスを提供する当社において、データセンターでのIT機器保守サービスエンジニアのチームリーダーをお任せします。 オンラインでの技術研修が充実しており、活躍できるようサポート体制が整っています。

業務詳細

1. エンジニアの統率及び管理を行い、SLAを遵守します。
2. お客様との定例報告会への準備を行い、参加します。
3. お客様からの作業指示をもとにエンジニアをアサインします。

1. 障害切り分けの結果、抜き差し（Reseat）・交換（swap）などの指示の出た機器のそばまで行き、保守作業を行います。Webマニュアルあり。
2. 高所の機器はサーバリフトを用いて保守を実施します。
3. グローバルDCのため、交換作業にもグローバル基準でのスピード感が必要です。
4. L3以上は扱いません。（OSもありません）

   想定年収 360万円～504万円

   年俸制（分割回数12回）

   年俸 3,600,000円～5,040,000円

   年俸3,600,000円～ 基本給300,000円～を含む／月

4. 就業時間

   フルフレックスタイム制（コアタイム：無し）

   データセンター常駐の場合は、常駐先規定の時間に従う必要有（例：8:00-17:00）

5. 標準労働時間

   8時間00分（休憩60分）

   会社規定に基づき、月10万円まで支給

   120日

Lead Engineer Position Open for Data Center IT Equipment Maintenance Services in Tokyo and Chiba

Job Description

At our company providing hardware maintenance services, we are seeking a team leader for IT equipment maintenance engineers at our data center. We offer comprehensive online technical training and a robust support system to help you succeed.

Job Details

1. Lead and manage engineers to ensure SLA compliance.
2. Prepare for and participate in regular reporting meetings with the customer.
3. Assign engineers based on work instructions received from the customer.

1. Based on fault isolation results, you will go to the location of equipment requiring actions such as reseating or swapping and perform maintenance. Web manuals are available.
2. Equipment in high locations is maintained using a server lift.
3. As this is a global data center, replacement tasks require speed in line with global standards.
4. No handling of L3 or higher. (No OS involvement either)

Vacation & Benefits

1. Commuting Allowance

   Up to ¥100,000 per month based on company policy

2. Annual Holidays

   120 days

   Breakdown: Full two-day weekend system, Saturdays, Sundays, National Holidays (may shift depending on day), Year-end/New Year holidays: 5 days, Sick Leave, Special Leave, etc.
