ハードウェア保守サービスを提供する当社において、データセンターでのIT機器保守サービスエンジニアをお任せします。 オンラインでの技術研修が充実しており、活躍できるようサポート体制が整っています。

業務詳細

1. お客様データセンターでのサーバー保守のお仕事です。（常駐の可能性があります）
2. 障害切り分けの結果、抜き差し（Reseat）・交換（swap）などの指示の出た機器のそばまで行き、保守作業を行います。Webマニュアルあり。
3. 高所の機器はサーバリフトを用いて保守します。
4. グローバルDCのため、交換作業にもグローバル基準でのスピード感が要求されます。
5. L3以上は扱いません。（OSもありません）

3. 給与

   想定年収 300万円～420万円

   年俸制（分割回数12回）

   年俸 3,000,000円～4,200,000円

   年俸3,000,000円～ 基本給250,000円～を含む／月

4. 就業時間

   フルフレックスタイム制（コアタイム：無し）

   データセンター常駐の場合は、常駐先規定の時間に従う必要有（例：8:00-17:00）

5. 標準労働時間

   8時間00分（休憩60分）

休暇・福利厚生

1. 通勤手当

   会社規定に基づき、月10万円まで支給

2. 年間休日

   120日

   内訳：完全週休二日制、土曜・日曜・祝日（曜日シフトの場合有）、年末年始5日、Sick Leave（傷病休暇）、特別休暇 など

   入社半年経過時点 10日

IT Equipment Maintenance Service Engineers for Data Centers in Tokyo and Chiba

Job Description

At our company providing hardware maintenance services, you will be responsible for IT equipment maintenance services at data centers. We offer comprehensive online technical training and a robust support system to help you succeed.

Job Details

1. This is server maintenance work at the customer’s data center. (May require on-site presence)
2. Based on fault isolation results, you will go to the location of equipment requiring actions such as reseating or swapping and perform maintenance. Web manuals are available.
3. Equipment in high locations is maintained using a server lift.
4. As this is a global data center, replacement tasks require speed in line with global standards.
5. No handling of L3 or higher. (No OS involvement either)

3. Salary

   Expected Annual Income: ¥3,000,000 – ¥4,200,000

   Annual Salary System (12 installments)

   Annual Salary: ¥3,000,000 – ¥4,200,000

   Includes Base Salary: ¥250,000 – per month

4. Working Hours

   Full flextime system (Core time: None)

   If stationed at a data center, must follow the station’s specified hours (e.g., 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM)

5. Standard Working Hours

   8 hours 00 minutes, Break 60 minutes

Vacation & Benefits

1. Commuting Allowance

   Up to ¥100,000 per month based on company policy

2. Annual Holidays

   120 days

   Breakdown: Full two-day weekend system, Saturdays, Sundays, National Holidays (may shift depending on day), Year-end/New Year holidays: 5 days, Sick Leave, Special Leave, etc.

3. Paid Leave

   10 days after 6 months of employment
